CONCERT TICKET ACCUMULATION PROGRAM

20TH ANNIVERSARY OF OZ NAILS & BEAUTY SUPPLY

(Accumulation valid from 10/06/2026 to 15/08/2026)

Accumulation period: From 10/06/2026 until 23:59 on 15/08/2026 (AEST).
Any orders fully paid before or after this period will not be counted towards the accumulated revenue.

The program only applies to B2B wholesale customers such as nail salons, hair salons, spas, or beauty professionals with a valid registered ABN (Australian Business Number) operating in Australia.
Mandatory identification requirements: When making accumulated purchases, customers must provide full details:
- Valid registered ABN.
- Shop/Salon Name.
- Operating physical Shop Address.
- Primary contact phone number used for purchases.
Note: The program does not apply to retail customers (B2C) without valid business/ABN information.

Ticket threshold: Every $1,500 AUD net revenue (actual paid value after discounts, including GST) accumulated during the program period = 1 Free Concert Invitation Ticket.
Ticket limit: No maximum ticket limit per wholesale customer. Accumulated revenue will be calculated progressively in multiples of $1,500 AUD (e.g., Total accumulated $4,500 AUD = 3 tickets).
Valid orders:
- Online orders on the website systems of the 5 Oz Nails & Beauty Supply branches (VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, WA), including the websites: oznailsbeautysupply.com.au, oznailsbeauty.com.au, oznailsupply.com.au, and oznailsbeautysupplysydney.com.au.
- In-store orders at the counters of the 5 Oz Nails & Beauty Supply branches (VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, WA).
- Pre-orders (e.g., Phoenix Spring & Sheer collection) paid 100% in value during the program period.
- Gift Card purchases made during the program period.
Invalid orders (Exclusions):
- Cancelled orders.
- Deposit orders not fully paid 100% by the end of 15/08/2026.
- Order data with inconsistent purchasing phone numbers.
Return & Refund Policy: During and after the program period, Oz Nails & Beauty Supply only accepts returns and refunds in the form of Store Credit equivalent to the returned item's value. The program strictly does not process cash/bank refunds for orders that have been accumulated to issue tickets.

Ticket type: Concert tickets are personal VIP invitations (By Invitation Only) and are absolutely not for retail sale in any form.
Ticket benefits: 1 ticket corresponds to 1 participant, including 1 sumptuous Gala Dinner at the restaurant and 1 appreciation Gift Bag worth at least $350 AUD from partner brands.
Gift policy: Gifts in the Gift Bag and lucky draw prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or returned in any form (Note: Some gifts have random colors pre-packed in the bag).
Tickets have NO cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for purchase discounts/store credit at Oz Nails & Beauty Supply.
State attendance rules: Customers shopping at a branch in a specific state will receive tickets to attend the Concert held in that state (Customers buy in which state attend the show in that state, cross-state show transfers are not supported).
- Braybrook VIC Branch -> Main Gala at L'Amour Reception VIC.
- Lansvale NSW Branch -> Concert night at Cabravale Club NSW.
- Darra QLD Branch -> Concert night at Ashqan Venue QLD.
- Kilkenny SA Branch -> Concert night at Polish Hall SA.
- Malaga WA Branch -> Concert night at Vasto Club WA.

Each valid concert ticket comes with 1 lucky draw number during the Gala event night in the respective state.
Mandatory presence rule: Lucky Draw prizes are only awarded to guests directly present at the hall at the time the results are announced.
If a winning number is called but the ticket owner is not present in the event hall after 3 announcements by the MC, that result will be canceled and the Organizers will draw a new number to find a winner present.

Reconciliation process: Customers must keep all purchase invoices. Once the total reaches $1,500 AUD, please contact or visit the branch directly to verify invoices and claim your ticket.
Instant tickets: If a single order meets the $1,500 AUD requirement, you will receive the concert ticket immediately upon completing the purchase.
RSVP (Attendance confirmation): After the program ends on 15/08/2026, branches will directly contact qualified customers to confirm the number of attendees (RSVP) for table booking purposes before 18/08/2026.

Oz Nails & Beauty Supply reserves the right to refuse ticket issuance or cancel program participation eligibility for any customer found engaging in fraudulent behavior (including but not limited to: using fake ABNs, borrowing other customers' invoices, intentionally splitting/merging orders contrary to accounting rules).
In the event of a dispute related to accumulated revenue or ticket conditions, the data stored on our Point of Sale system will be the final legal basis for verification.
Oz Nails & Beauty Supply reserves the right to change the event location or time in cases of force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, or sudden regulations from competent authorities in Australia) and will notify customers at least 48 hours in advance.
The final decision in all dispute cases belongs to the Board of Directors of Oz Nails & Beauty Supply.
